Senior Portraits - You'll look Fantastic!

I want to make sure that you are thrilled with your senior portraits and I don't want to limit your creativity based on time or the number of shots that we take. You can come to my studio or I will come to your location, your home or other creative location that works best for you and bring all of my expensive studio lighting with me so we can create the really beautiful shots you want. However, not everyone wants the same amount of photography so I'll offer some different options to help you decide.

I will normally shoot about 20-30 proofs for each 'theme' that we shoot. This could be a pose, or location or a different background/lighting setup. This amounts to about 60-80 images/hour. From these raw images, I will choose the best 3 or 4 shots from each setup for you to choose from. For instance, if you choose to have your session at a local park or in the foothills, we might shoot in 5-6 different locations over the course of an hour or so. This session would yield 10-20 actual 'proofs' for you to choose from for those 5 or 6 finished themes. The number of shots that I can get of you in an hour is dependant on the complexity of the lighting required, the amount of time it takes for you to change clothes and get prepared and the number of variations to the shot that we want to shoot. Usually, 5 uniquely different finished portraits per hour is a good estimate of the number of final images that you will receive.

I work with you to create the best senior portrait album you can imagine, traveling to multiple locations, doing multiple setups in as many creative ways that we can think of together.

An important factor in determining the fee for a senior portrait session will be your satisfaction with the price for the services that I provide. I will make sure that you are thrilled with the images that we capture and that you feel that you have received a good value for your money. Depending on a number of factors, generally the fee will be $125-$150 for a senior portrait session which will usually last from just over an hour or up to a couple of hours.
